
What is Metaphysics?
Just as physics deals with the laws that govern the physical world (such as those of gravity or the properties of waves), metaphysics describes what is beyond physics—the nature and origin of reality itself, the immortal soul, and the existence of a universal energy within us.
Metaphysics is the study of reality and existence. It studies what we are and what our purpose is. Aristotle formally explored fundamental questions of metaphysics with topics about being, first causes, and change.
Metaphysics and Energy
In metaphysics, energy is often described as a universal, non - physical substance that is the building block of all matter and consciousness. Basically, we all come from ONE source and are all connected. So when we go inwards, that is when we actually connect with that oneness, that connectivity of all things.
As a Metaphysical Practitioner, I believe that the human body is nothing but ENERGY, that we are beings of PURE ENERGY. And we are composed of all these countless energies that give us the experience that we are having in this world.

The subconscious mind acts as a broadcasting signal. And it broadcasts the frequency of energy that then attracts the same frequency and energy (LIKE ATTRACTS LIKE). The subconscious mind is the key to understanding the root cause of disease.
Emotions and Energy
Our thoughts create our emotions. And our emotions create our behaviors.
An energy is in motion. And so it stays in motion. And when that energy gets triggered, it broadcasts a signal that then attracts people and circumstances that give them the same experience (different face, different name) but same kind of experience in your life today. This is where we form PATTERNS.

​If we allow those emotions to last for hours or days it’s call a MOOD. If we keep the same emotional reaction lasting for weeks or months, that called a TEMPERAMENT. And if we keep those emotions for running years on end, that’s called a PERSONALITY TRAIT. So if we want to change our personality or some aspect of ourself, we have to look at the emotions that we’ve memorized that literally are stored in the body.

The same emotions that are going on outside of you, are going on inside of you. And your blood is pumping these chemicals of frustration, of jealousy, of anxiety in our cells. We have these protein receptor sites that bind these molecules of emotion. These are the same receptors that bind heroin. And when you take heroin once, you are called an addict. That’s why we are addicted to our emotions.

True transformation comes when we break free from the chains of those emotional addictions. And the side effect of true transformation is called JOY. That elevated emotion is a liberation of energy out of the body. And the body, is freed from the past and it moves into the present moment. Then we begin to feel joy, gratitude, goodwill.
When we feel a strong emotion, we create an emotional energy or vibration. And every emotion has its own specific vibration frequency. When you’re feeling an intense emotion, your whole being can take on this vibration. And that energy can become trapped and stuck in the body. And because all the body really is, is an energy field, when you distort that energy field , you eventually start to have problems. Because what you’re really doing is distorting the tissues of the body themselves. And if you distort and irritate tissues long enough that tissue starts to have problems and this creates disease in your body. 80% of ALL health issues are STRESS related. The chemicals of stress dysregulate and down regulate our genes that create disease. That is why our THOUGHTS and EMOTIONS can literally make us sick. We live in the most toxic time on the planet, we are flooded with environmental toxicity, heavy metals, chemical pesticides that are sprayed on our food. ​Negative emotions will be in our cells and it’s almost like they seal the toxicity in.

The key is to begin to understand that there are emotional patterns that we carry in our life that, as a result of these emotional patterns that are in our subconscious mind, influence our relationship with money, our relationships with each other, influence EVERY ASPECT of who we are.
​As we start to release those old emotions (like peeling an onion), we finally get to a point where we no longer have those trapped emotions, where the body is clear of those. And at that point we become the person that we were really intended to be in this world.

When you change your inner world, you change your outer world.
Making an effort to transform ourselves is the best way to begin to transform the world. You cannot change anyone else except yourself. And when you change yourself you actually do effect them because of your attitude and your beliefs and your behaviors.

The principles of health are that if you know how to support your body with foods, the air, the water, sunshine, walking, loving relationships, finding something that you’re passionate about and happy then you can heal your body. Only your body can heal itself through self-care.
